Discovery is WILD about reading! - August 29, 2014
Our theme at Discovery this year is "Wild About Reading" and we will spend the year celebrating this in several ways. Students "caught reading" will be entered into a drawing for weekly prizes. Children will be given the opportunity to review books they've read and have their reviews permanently placed in a Discovery library book. We will have monthly "read-in"s -- a time where the whole school will gather to spend time reading. There will be many more WILD activities and programs rolled out over the course of the year. Stay tuned for more information...
